Our Lord, Jesus Christ, chose Saint Faustina as the Apostle and Secretary of His mercy and instructed her to share His urgent message of Divine Mercy with our troubled modern world. Divine Mercy Cenacles meet once a week to study the Diary of Saint Faustina and recite the Chaplet for the sick and dying.

The Divine Mercy Novena
What is a novena? A novena is a prayer for a certain intention repeated for 9 consecutive days (or weeks). The prayer we repeat for this novena is The Chaplet of The Divine Mercy. The chaplet is prayed using an ordinary rosary. On the “Our Father” beads we pray: Eternal Father, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world. On the “Hail Mary” beads we pray: For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.
Why do we pray as a group? We pray The Divine Mercy Novena as a group to grow spiritually together, to learn and deepen our faith, and to go out in love to serve one another. Can I pray the novena on my own? Yes, you can pray the novena on your own. We suggest that you do so on the same schedule as the group prays so that we can be spiritually united in prayer.
Our parish’s Divine Mercy Groups celebrated the Feast of the Divine Mercy April 7.
“For the sake of His sorrowful passion, have mercy on us and all the whole world. Jesus, I trust in you. Jesus, I trust in you. Jesus, I trust in you.”
