As we look forward to this weekend and the closing of the Jesus and the Eucharist Video Series, I wanted to extend my sincere gratitude to all who have participated in this journey. Whether you were able to join us for all sessions, or only a few, I pray that what has begun at our Parish might continue for many years to come. Indeed, what a beautiful beginning.
This Saturday, we conclude the series with Session #7: Bread for the Journey. As mentioned at Mass this weekend, there will be a time of Adoration immediately following the 4:30p Vigil Mass, a shared dinner in Ponzini (provided by an amazing team of volunteers - thank you so much!!!), and then we'll split for the final video.
In lieu of your usual potluck contribution, would you please consider bringing a 12-pk of drinks that we could put on ice and grab quickly and/or a dessert that is prepared and split into individual servings (or prepackaged individual servings)? We anticipate our shared dinner time might be shortened and want to help facilitate feeding a large number of people as quickly as possible. Someone will be in Ponzini to receive your contributions prior to Mass.

Mientras esperamos con ansias este fin de semana y la clausura de la Serie de Videos de Jesús y la Eucaristía, quiero expresar mi sincero agradecimiento a todos los que han participado en este viaje. Ya sea que hayan podido acompañarnos en todas las sesiones o solo en algunas, rezo para que lo que ha comenzado en nuestra parroquia continúe por muchos años. ¡Qué hermoso comienzo!
Este sábado, concluimos la serie con la Sesión n.° 7: Pan para el Camino. Como se mencionó en la Misa de este fin de semana, habrá un momento de Adoración inmediatamente después de la Misa de Vigilia de las 4:30 p. m., una cena compartida en Ponzini (proporcionada por un increíble equipo de voluntarios, ¡muchas gracias!) y luego nos dividiremos para el video final.
En lugar de su contribución habitual para la comida compartida, ¿podrían traer un paquete de 12 bebidas que podamos poner en hielo y tomar rápidamente o un postre preparado y dividido en porciones individuales (o porciones individuales preenvasadas)? Prevemos que nuestra cena compartida podría acortarse y queremos facilitar la alimentación de un gran número de personas lo antes posible. Alguien estará en Ponzini para recibir sus contribuciones antes de la misa.
